I've been playing with Redfield Plugin's Fractalius and I know you've heard this before, but I just love it.
There are quite a few things you can do with this filter. As with Iemboss the random dice feature and a multitude of sliders mean you can create some really different images.
Most of the example images are only an indication and don't show what Fractalius can really do. The two images at the bottom of the page give you a better idea of the actual results. Hopefully my examples will inspire you to try Fractalius out for yourself.

Different Irises
For this image I used a few other filters (Fm Tile Tools and Final Impact Vivida) and finished it off with Fractalius
